Delivery time depends on your location and local delivery service. Under normal circumstances, you will receive your order in
Netherlands & Belgium within 1-2 working days.
Orders shipped to the rest of Europe take 2-5 working days.
Worldwide deliveries may take up to 2-7 business days.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours.
(Please note that during sale periods and holidays it may take longer for your order to arrive.)
In the order confirmation you will receive a link to check the status of your order. You can also check the status of all your orders when you are logged into your account on the website.
Once we receive your order, we'll immediately send it to our warehouse for shipping. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We'll review your order status and see if any changes can be made. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse, you'll need to wait until it arrives and then return it. Click here.
Sometimes your confirmation may take a little longer if we have a lot of orders. Please wait up to an hour for your confirmation to arrive in your inbox. And please check your spam folder. If it takes longer than an hour, please check that you have entered the correct email address and send us an email so that we can send you a confirmation.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €25 in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and France.
On all other European orders we offer free shipping from €100. Worldwide orders qualify for free shipping over €200.
Returns & Refunds

Yes, this is absolutely possible. You can indicate which item you want to exchange through our returns portal . You will then automatically receive a new package once you return the old one.
You can easily register your return through the customer portal. You can find it in the menu bar on both mobile and desktop. Log in with just your email address and order number. Then, select which order you want to return or exchange.
Orders must be returned unwashed and unused in the original packaging with all labels still attached.
If your return is accepted, you must ship the package back to us yourself. You are free to use your own postal service. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. You will usually receive a response to your return request within one business day .

Gift card + bonus credit (for online orders.)
Instead of a refund, you can also opt for a gift card. If you choose this option, you'll receive a gift card worth your order plus an extra 10%. Please let us know by email if you choose this option or add a note to your return request in the customer portal .
We aim to process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. All payments will be refunded to your original payment method or a gift card. It may take up to 5 business days for your refund to appear in your account after your return has been processed (depending on your payment method).
You can return your order free of charge in the store.
Returning a package by post is at your own expense.
All orders are carefully processed and inspected before shipping. We ask that you do the same immediately upon receipt of your order. If you find a defect in one or more items, please contact us immediately with a description of the problem and detailed photos of the defect. Do not return damaged items without contacting us first. Yes, this is possible. Just like with regular items, you can choose to exchange them, get your money back, or swap them for a gift certificate with an additional 10% bonus. To do so, please contact customer service by email or leave a note with your return in the customer portal .
You can return your order according to the regular return procedure. After processing your return, you will receive a shop credit equal to the order value.
Payments
We accept iDeal, Paypal, Visa, Klarna, Klarna in 3 payments, Mastercard, American Express and Bancontact.
We offer pay afterwards and pay in 3 parts. Payment in 3 parts is possible from € 100, - and is done entirely via Klarna and is free of charge.
You'll always receive an invoice by email after placing your order. If you'd like to receive your invoice again, please send us a message.
