Shipping Policy

At Frankie's, we make sure your order is shipped quickly, carefully, and sustainably. Below you’ll find all the information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and shipping partners.

Shipping Partners

Netherlands & Belgium

• Mailbox packages: shipped with PostNL or DHL

• Standard packages: shipped with DHL in the Netherlands and Germany. PostNL is used in Belgium.

Germany

• All orders are shipped with DHL

Europe
We offer shipping throughout Europe. Please contact our customer service via email or whatsapp to arrange this.

Shipping & Delivery Time

• Orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day

• Delivery time: 1–2 business days (for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany)

Shipping Costs

At Frankie's, delivery is free of charge for orders over €75 in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For France shipping costs are €12,95.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a Track & Trace link by email so you can follow your package.

Notes

• Deliveries take place on business days (Monday to Saturday in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany)

• Public holidays and external carrier delays may affect delivery times
